In December 2019, Marlene K. Chin was appointed to the role of Assistant Vice President, Marketing for Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc & Belize and Sagicor General Insurance Inc in the Eastern Caribbean.

In April 2018, Marlene was previously the Assistant Vice President, Marketing and Communications, Marketing and Communications & Brand Experience department for Trinidad & Tobago and the Dutch Caribbean.

When Marlene was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Corporate Communications, in October 2017, she led the corporate communications strategy for Sagicor Life Inc. 

Marlene joined Sagicor in June 2012 in the position of Manager, Corporate Communications.  She holds a Diploma in Law from the University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), as well as Higher Group diplomas from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in Management Principle and Selling and Sales Management.  

Marlene brings a wealth of experience to her role having worked in both the advertising and marketing fields for approximately 21 years. 

In 2013, Marlene was awarded the Sagicor Spirit Manager of the Year award, before going on to win the prestigious Sagicor Group Manager of the Year.
