Marguerite Estwick is the Executive Vice President, Human Resources – Sagicor Life Inc. She manages the strategic human resources programmes and aligns the HR programmes and processes with the business strategy, and manages the company’s Compensation and Benefits programs including the Executive and Employee Equity programs.

She has played a pivotal role in several strategic projects since she joined the company including a group-wide project to harmonize the human resources practices and policies across the Sagicor Group of Companies, the design of the Group’s Employee Recognition program, the selection and implementation of the Group wide people management platform “ Sagicor Success”, and the Time and Attendance and Equity Administration programs in Sagicor Life Inc.

She has been the President of the Barbados Employers’ Confederation since 2016.
