Mr McNamara is a Barrister/Solicitor specialises in the representation of foreign investors in St Lucia in Tourism, Manufacturing and Banking sectors. He was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn, and in St Lucia in 1972 and served as Chairman of the St Lucia Tourist Board for nine years and continues to serve as Director on a number of regional boards including Sagicor Life Inc. and RBTT Bank Caribbean Ltd.
