Mrs. Roper is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic management. She has excelled in the fields of Management Consulting and Communications in Europe, the Americas and the Caribbean. She possesses expertise in project management of large-scale brand strategy, product development and sales force implementations initiatives. As well as being one of the Board of Directors of Sagicor Life Jamaica, Roper also sits on the Corporate Governance and Ethics Committee.

She is the founder and Managing Director of SIAN Associates, an International Strategic Brand Marketing and Business Consultancy. Prior to this undertaking, she held senior management positions at Columbus Communications (Flow) Jamaica, Digicel Group, Accenture Plc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).

Mrs. Roper holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business Studies and Finance from Suffolk College, University of East Anglia, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM, UK. She now resides in Jamaica with her husband and four children.
