School Companion is a health plan which provides coverage for medical expenses, based on the Schedule of Benefits, for students of educational institutions in Jamaica.
ELIGIBILITY
All full-time students, up to age twenty-one (21), enrolled at the Institution at the commencement of the school year.
PREMIUM PAYMENTS
Premiums should be paid annually at the beginning of each school year, renewal premiums must be submitted by the end of September 30. Premiums for new members enrolling must be submitted by the end of the three (3) month enrollment period, November 30. Payments can be made at online or any Paymaster and Sagicor Life location.

enrollment
Parents or guardians will be required to complete an enrollment form, on behalf of the student; this can be completed online or by filling out a physical form. Physical forms must be submitted to any Sagicor Life branch. Enrollment must be completed within three (3) months after the commencement of the school year.
How to Enroll:
Step 1 - Complete the enrollment form for each student. online at sagicorschoolcompanion.com OR complete a physical enrollment form. Only original copies of the physical form will be accepted, no copies.
Step 2 - Pay premium using the following enrollment information: group number, enrollment number, premium amount and member name. This information can be retrieved from the electronic or physical enrollment form.
Step 3 - Electronic forms should be submitted online and physical forms should be submitted to any Sagicor Life branch, along with a copy of payment receipt.
HEALTH CARDS
Each student will be provided with a swipe card (Fast Card), once successfully enrolled. Health cards should be collected at the school.
