Sherlon Leon joined Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc in 2019 as Human Resources Manager for the Eastern Caribbean and Belize markets. Sherlon brings ten years’ worth of experience in Human Resources in various industries, including sales, hospitality, finance and retail and distribution. He is a proud graduate of University of Leicester , with a Master’s degree in Work Psychology, and graduated from Andrews University University with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science. 

Sherlon enjoys learning from and mentoring others. He has broad generalist experience however he does have a passion for employee development. He enjoys opportunities  to support the goals and development of his team members whilst encouraging the enhancement of their existing skills.
