William P. Lucie-Smith is an Independent Consultant and retired Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Lucie-Smith has been a Special Advisor to the Trinidad and Tobago Government and Central Bank of Divestment. He holds a Masters Degree from Oxford University, United Kingdom and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. He has served as a Sagicor Life director since 2006, and is chair of the Audit Committee. He also serves as a director on multiple other boards within the Sagicor Group, as well as, on several other private sector boards.
